Links
This is an overview of trigger links and how you can best utilize them. Trigger links allow you to put links inside SMS messages and emails, which allow you to track specific customer actions and trigger events based on when the link is clicked. There are multiple ways to use trigger links, most commonly in campaigns, emails, funnels, and websites.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.
Your existing trigger links will be filtered alphabetically by the name here.

The destination URL will be listed here. When you create a trigger link, it will have a unique URL for tracking purposes that look different from the destination URL.

The search bar helps you filter your trigger links using their names.

You can edit and/or delete trigger links here. Be sure you want to delete the trigger link because this action can't be undone.

If you want to create a new trigger link, simply click this button.

Make sure you name your link appropriately. Naming conventions are very important for organizational purposes.

Here you will paste the URL you want to direct your new leads and customers too.
For example, if you want a new trigger link that sends people to your website, you can simply paste the URL of your website here.
